Talk with our team to explore how we can support your goals.

An account manager will contact you to discuss your needs, challenges, and goals to determine if our solution is a good fit.

To respect your time, we typically focus the initial discovery call on understanding your requirements rather than providing a platform demo.

What to expect next

If we agree project BIOS is the right fit we begin the white-glove onboarding process.

Based on our experience, regardless of the solution, it is critical to support those using the platform at all levels. While we do offer a self guided onboarding process we recommend the following professional services in addition to your platform working to ensure implementation success.

While there is not a one size fits all we typically recommend the following:

  • Discovery Meeting: 1 Hour Leadership Discovery

This meeting is to complete the leadership onboarding questionnaire to help document and define your organization's goals. The project BIOS team will interview your leadership to help develop the business case and return on investment.

  • Alignment Meeting: 1 Hour Leadership Alignment

This meeting is to recap the previous call and to share what we heard to confirm alignment. This is also an opportunity for you to determine if this meets your goals and aligns with your organization's overall strategy.

  • Discovery Meetings: 3 X 1 Hour Team Leadership Discovery

The Team Leadership Discovery Meetings are to ensure that our tactical implementation approach supports both your ongoing operations and long term strategy by meeting with the leaders of teams who will be using the platform. You can invite subject matter experts as needed. During these calls we will document how to configure your platform.

  • Alignment Meeting: Meeting: 1 Hour Team Leadership Alignment

This meeting is used to recap the previous discovery calls and to share what we heard to confirm alignment.

  • Platform: project BIOS fully configures the platform and invites Team Leadership with a unique link

One of the most exciting points during the onboarding process where the project BIOS team configures your platform and onboards your designated Team Leaders to begin testing and/or inviting others onto your new platform.

Configurations Include:

  • Branding - Optional

  • Security & Access Control - Mandatory

  • Project Management Office Templates - Critical for Workflow & Process Improvement

    • Assigning Subject Matter Experts as Reviewers for each template

    • Setting up periodic reviews for each template

    • Associated Workflows

    • Integrating Wiki Pages

    • Integrating AI Prompts

  • AI Agent Integrations - Supports Workflow Optimizations
  • Roles & Permissions - Critical for Capacity Management

  • Teams & Departments - Supports Capacity Planning

  • Client Portal - Supports Workflow Optimizations

  • Client Roles & Permissions - Supports Workflow Optimizations

  • Training: For every 25 team members 1 Hour Train the Trainer

We recommend that for every 25 team members you will be onboarding that we conduct a train the trainer session for three to five people within the group of 25 in addition to the Team Leadership. This helps your organization achieve success from day one because your success is our success.

  • Go Live: 30 Minute Leadership Go Live

This meeting is to recap both the original strategic goals and tactical implementation requirements for all levels of leadership to approve the Go Live and kick off team members integrating project BIOS into their daily work routine.

Important Note: This process can be as short as 30 business days or as long as 6 months depending on the complexity of current operations, scope of transformation desired, and size of your organization. For larger organizations and depending on your goals we may recommend a phased implementation approach.
