This Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy outlines how ProjectBIOS ("the Company") handles intellectual property, content, and copyright issues on the platform. We are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This policy includes procedures for addressing copyright infringement and complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown requests.
1. Intellectual Property Ownership:
ProjectBIOS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with the Platform and its contents belong to the Company or its licensors.
2. User-Generated Content:
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, or distribute on the Platform. By uploading content, users represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and distribute the content.

ProjectBIOS prohibits the unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of copyrighted material on the Platform. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please follow the DMCA takedown procedures outlined below.
4. DMCA Takedown Procedures:
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any content on the Platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us. The notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform.
- Sufficient information to enable us to contact the complaining party.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
DMCA takedown notices should be sent to our designated copyright agent at info@ProjectBIOS.com. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the user who posted the content of the takedown request.
5. Counter-Notification:
If you believe that your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. The counter-notification must include the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the Company may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
Counter-notifications should be sent to our designated copyright agent at [contact email]. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide a copy to the complaining party and inform them that the removed material may be restored within 10 business days unless we receive notification from the complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
6. Repeat Infringers:
ProjectBIOS reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or intellectual property rights.
