a. Server Uptime: We make best efforts to ensure the server uptime and accessibility of our Service. However, we rely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) for server infrastructure. Server uptime and system accessibility are subject to AWS availability and may be affected by AWS-related incidents.
b. Scheduled Downtime: Scheduled downtime for maintenance and system upgrades may occur. Such downtime is subject to ProjectBIOS' discretion, but typically, we aim to minimize interruptions to system accessibility during these periods.
c. Discount for Downtime: In the event that our Work Management SaaS is not available for more than 12 consecutive hours, and such unavailability is not directly related to AWS availability issues, we will issue a discount to affected users. The discount amount will be determined at our discretion.

4. Integrations
a. AWS Integration: Our Service relies on Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data storage and server infrastructure. AWS provides robust data security and privacy features, and your data is protected in accordance with AWS's security measures.
b. Stripe Integration: For payment processing, we partner with Stripe, a trusted payment gateway. Stripe securely processes payment information, and we do not store payment card details on our servers.
c. Google Docs: We may integrate Google Docs to facilitate document sharing and collaboration within our Service. Your data shared through Google Docs is subject to Google's privacy and security policies.

5. Arbitration and Jurisdiction
a. Arbitration: Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use will be resolved through arbitration in Chicago, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. a. Pricing: The pricing for our Service is subject to change. We will provide at least 90 days' advance notice of any pricing changes, and you have the option to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new pricing.
b. Free for Foundations Module: The Foundations Module of our Service is available for free to all users.
c. Storage Limit: Each user is allocated up to 500GB of storage space for their data.

8. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: ProjectBIOS retains all intellectual property rights of the Service. Any feature requests, whether implemented or not, remain the intellectual property of ProjectBIOS.
