    • Portfolio Level:​

      • The portfolio level established the overall client engagement encompassing multiple implementation phases this also included portfolio level deliverables such as client revenue growth often initiating new initiatives that would be added as programs​

    • Program Level: ​

      • Program Templates: Cloud10 had an established process they documented in their templates enabling quick initiation, planning, and implementing their various modules that were broken down into project templates​

    • Project Level:​

      • Project Templates: The project consisted of both the technical and business activities that needed to be completed working to ensure client success based on Cloud10's previous experience. This enabled seamless collaboration between IT and lines of business.​

      • During projects clients were allowed to request additional features supported by a business case. Requests were submitted as deliverables and Cloud10 and clients would discuss additional resourcing, value, and timeline. Although requests were made within projects if, after jointly evaluating, the request was not feasible or advisable the deliverable was easily moved to the program level as a backlog/parking lot request which could be re-reviewed and prioritized into a different project at any time.

      • Deliverable Templates: Cloud10 worked to support each client and their unique processes so Cloud10 utilized the deliverable templates to quickly systematize each company's change control process supporting both the activities required to obtain an approval or go/no go decision and the required documentation seamlessly.

  • Stackable, Reusable Templates: Customizable templates were created for various implementation phases, agile sprints, and feature development workflows, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
